Wrap Around Care at Sopley Primary School

Please see the details below of the days and sessions available for wrap-around care, along with the costs. Please also see the details below on how to book.

Before school care Monday to Friday - Starts at 8am and finishes at 8.40am (children go straight to their classrooms) - the cost for the session is £3.00. Breakfast is not included.

After school care Monday to Thursday - Starts at 3.15pm and finishes at either 4.15pm or 5.15pm, depending on whether you are booking a 1 hour or 2-hour session - the cost per session is £3.50. If you require your child to attend after school care after a club, from 4.15 - 5.15pm, this can also be booked as a session. Children who are booked for the late session 4.15 - 5.15pm are offered a drink and snack.

To book and pay for wrap-around care sessions for your child, you will need to access your child's Arbor account. All sessions are to be booked via this system. You will not be able to book sessions on the day. If you have an emergency on the day and need after school care, please contact the school office as soon as possible.

As parents, it is your responsibility to book your child in for the correct sessions. If we do not have your child booked in, they will not be able to attend the session. 

We are also now able to accept childcare vouchers, if you will be using these to pay for your child's/children's wrap around care please see the letter attached below for details of how to arrange this.
