Parents Evening appointments are now bookable online. Please refer to the letter sent home on 24th October for details on how to access the site. You will no longer be able to book your time in the office. If you do not have internet access and require assistance to book please see the office. Thank you.
Easyfundraising - www.easyfundraising.org.uk:
Easyfundraising is a great way for the BPSA to raise funds through shopping on the internet. If you shop on the internet and you go through the easyfundraising website the retailer gives a small percentage of what you spend to your chosen organisation. You need to have an account, which only takes a minute to set up. Please choose Burley Primary School as your nominated charity. Every time you shop, log onto the easyfundraising website; access the shopping site you need and start to shop as usual. They work with many online retailers such as Amazon, ebay, John Lewis, Tesco, Argos, M&S and Debenhams to name a few. With Christmas coming up it is an ideal way to raise some money without having to do very much!
New Parents Open Morning:
A reminder that we will be offering an ‘open morning’ for prospective parents on Thursday 27th November and are hoping to run a grounds morning on Saturday 22nd November from 10am to 1.30pm (more details to follow). Please put this date in your diary as we would greatly appreciate as much help as possible on the day – many hands make light work!
Our website is currently being redesigned. With immediate effect we will ONLY be updating the Letters to Parents and Newsletters pages of our website. Once the redesign is complete we will ensure it contains fully updated information. If you require any information please contact the office in the first instance. School Policies can be viewed in hard copy form.
Best wishes Mr Twyman
