Early Birds Before School Club
From Tuesday 20th April we will be offering an Early Birds session initially from 8am. The sessions will cost £2 per session. If you would like to book your child into the Early Birds you must email and pay for the sessions you require for the following week in advance. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org strictly by 12pm on Fridays to be able to book and pay for your child to attend the sessions you require the following week. If you do not book and pay for your child by this deadline your child will not be able to attend any sessions the following week. This will be the same for if you email to book but do not pay, the admin team will be alerted of your payment and if it is not paid by the deadline we will not accept your booking. We cannot be flexible with this as there will be administrative deadlines and we will need to be prepared and organised with pupil numbers to ensure we remain safe and COVID 19 secure. No last minute places will be available.
To pay for the bookings, please visit your child’s Scopay account. On their account, under trips and events it will show ‘Early Birds’ this is where you will pay ‘top up balance’ for the Early Bird sessions. You will need to pay the correct amount for the amount of sessions you require the following week. You can pay for up to 4 weeks in advance. When you email to book, please write your child’s name and the days you would like to book, this will then coordinate with your payment on Scopay.
Whilst COVID restrictions remain, the Early Birds session will take place in the school hall and children will remain at 'bubble' tables. Entrance will be via the side lane gate opposite Hedgehogs Classroom. Children and parents will then need to follow the path round to the main school entrance so that their child can be registered. Children MUST not enter through the main school car park.
We are looking to extend this offer to end of day care as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions.
