Wrap Around Care at Sopley Primary School

Before School Care Monday to Friday
Starts at 8am and finishes at 8.40am (children go straight to their classrooms) – the cost for the session is £3.00. Breakfast is not included. Booking and payment for before school care will continue via your child's Arbor account and any queries please contact the school office.
After School Care Monday to Thursday
Our after school care provision is provided by Educamps.
Educamps offer after school care at Sopley from 3.15pm to 5.30pm. Parents/carers can book hourly sessions, for example - the first session will begin at 3.30pm until 4.30pm and the second session will begin at 4.30pm until 5.30pm. You can, of course, book both sessions – 2 hours.
Each hour session will cost £5.00 and snacks will be provided. Booking and payment for Educamps after school care is via your child's Arbor account – you will find this on your child's Arbor account under the 'clubs' tab.
Educamps will provide a fun and engaging activity for each session. Please see the timetable below from Educamps.
During the session, the Educamps leaders will encourage all children to take part in the timetable activity. However, if they do not wish to take part, there will be relaxed activities, for example, drawing/colouring and reading.
To book and pay for wrap-around care sessions for your child, you will need to access your child's Arbor account. All sessions are to be booked via this system. You will not be able to book sessions on the day. If you have an emergency on the day and need after school care, please contact the school office as soon as possible. If a session is cancelled within 48 hours, it will still be charged. Thank you so much for understanding – this really helps us with staffing and planning.
As parents, it is your responsibility to book your child in for the correct sessions. If we do not have your child booked in, they will not be able to attend the session.
