Before School Care Monday to Friday 

Monday to Friday from 7.40am to 8.40am. The cost is £5.00. We will offer a nutritious breakfast of cereals and toast. The sessions will be in the school hall and will be a time to relax with friends, do crafts and play games before starting the school day. Sessions can be booked the same way as after school club, via your child’s Arbor account.

After School Care Monday to Thursday 

Our after-school care provision is provided by Educamps.

Educamps offer after-school care at Sopley from 3.20pm to 5.30pm. Parents/carers can book hourly sessions. For example, the first session will begin at 3.20pm until 4.30pm and the second session will begin at 4.30pm until 5.30pm – this is usually for if your child is doing any other after-school clubs for the first hour, and you need further child care. You can, of course, book both sessions – 2 hours.

The first hour session will cost £5.00, the second hour is £7.00, and if booking for 2 hours the cost will be £12.00. Snacks will be provided. Booking and payment for Educamps after school care is via your child's Arbor account – you will find this on your child's Arbor account under the 'clubs' tab. 

Educamps will provide a fun and engaging activity for each session. Please see the timetable below from Educamps.

During the session, the Educamps leaders will encourage all children to take part in the timetable activity. However, if they do not wish to take part, there will be relaxed activities, for example, drawing/colouring and reading.

Booking via Arbor

To book and pay for wrap-around care sessions for your child, you will need to access your child's Arbor account. All sessions are to be booked via this system. You will not be able to book sessions on the day. If you have an emergency on the day and need after-school care, please contact the school office as soon as possible. If a session is cancelled within 48 hours, it will still be charged. Thank you so much for understanding – this really helps us with staffing and planning.

As parents, it is your responsibility to book your child in for the correct sessions. If we do not have your child booked in, they will not be able to attend the session.
